the breakfast offered many selections. the staff provided attentive customer care (miguel was especially helpful). the hotel maintains very clean rooms and premises.
Street noise was noticeable at night. Earplugs are provided.

friendly staff amazing nachos uncomfortable bed inconsistent water
The staff were so friendly. The pool was great! I enjoyed the nachos at the restaurant by the pool. They were AMAZING!!!
The bed wasn't comfortable at all. The water did not flow hot all the time.

The room had a large bed. It was a double or twin room. the daily cleaning service was thorough. the hotel has a gym with several cardio machines. there was a wide variety of choices at breakfast, especially fresh fruit and pastries.
the corridor was a little noisy at night, i could hear other guests.

poor sound insulation loud music
The hotel staff was really helpful and friendly .
The sound insulation was not great (I could hear people talking loudly in the corridor). Loud music and shouting from the street also made it hard to sleep well.

Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff
friendly staff central location thorough service
The reception staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location is central, near the beach. I found the room clean and of a good size. The daily cleaning service was thorough. I appreciated the yoga class. The instructor was very calm.
The street noise was noticeable at night, though earplugs were provided.
